Join Us SIS!

By completing this form and requesting to become an official member of Just Believe Sisterhood in Service Alliance, you are making a commitment to contribute $100 at the next SIS event. You also accept that to continue active membership, you must make donations at each of the quarterly members events, a $400 per year commitment.

• 100% of your donation will go directly to the charity chosen at the event.

• By signing up you are confirming that you will fulfill your $100 commitment at the event even if the charity you vote for is not chosen by the majority.

• You also agree to have another member deliver your donation in your place if you are unable to attend the event.
